Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you ship? We ship only to addresses within the United States (all 50 states). We do not currently ship to international destinations. (Unfortunately we cannot ship to U.S. territories like Puerto Rico or Guam.)

How long does shipping take and what does it cost? We offer two options: Economy (5–8 business days) for $4.90, and Standard (3–4 business days) for $6.90. After you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Most customers receive their orders within the estimated window, but in rare cases (e.g. heavy carrier delays), delivery may take up to 28 days. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteedsunsetsleeps.com.

What is your return/exchange policy? We review returns on a case-by-case basis. If you have a problem with your order (such as a damaged or wrong item), please email us at support@sunsetsleeps.com with your order number and details. We will assess the situation and may offer a return label, refund, or exchange as appropriate. To be eligible for a return, the item should be in the same condition you received it (unused, with tags, and in its original packaging) whenever possible. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can use that tracking number to monitor the delivery progress. If you didn’t receive a tracking email or have trouble tracking your package, please email support@sunsetsleeps.com and we will assist you.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc.), as well as PayPal, Shop Pay, and digital wallet options like Apple Pay and Google Pay. At checkout, you can choose whichever payment method is most convenient for you.
