Shipping policy
Shipping Regions: We currently ship only within the United States (all 50 states). We do not ship to international addresses at this time. (Customers outside the U.S. who are interested in our products may contact us to discuss possible options).
Shipping Options and Costs: We offer one standard shipping method:
Standard Shipping (8–15 business days): Flat rate $5 per order
Delivery Times: Delivery times above are estimates. In rare cases (for example, due to carrier delays, weather, or remote destinations), delivery may take up to 28 days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please use that number to track your package. All delivery times are subject to change and are not guaranteed.
Processing Time: We process orders on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). If you place an order before 12:00 PM ET on a business day, we will try to ship it the same day. Orders placed after that time, or on weekends/holidays, will generally be shipped the next business day. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping Carrier: We use reliable carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to deliver your package. In most cases, UPS handles our deliveries, though some orders may ship via alternative carriers. You do not need to be home to sign for delivery (unless otherwise required by carrier or by you). If you have special delivery instructions or need to change your address after shipping, please contact us immediately; note that we may not be able to accommodate late changes.
Loss or Damage: Once the carrier has the package, any loss or damage during transit is the carrier’s responsibility. We recommend inspecting the package upon arrival. If an item is lost or damaged in shipping, please let us know and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
